Can I see a car before I buy?
Yes. Book a viewing and we will have the car ready, warmed up and clean. You are welcome to bring someone with you.
Are the cars checked?
Every car goes through a full inspection and service before it is listed. We keep the report in the car's folder for you to read.
Can I bring my own expert to look at it?
Of course. We are happy for you to arrange an independent inspection and we will make the car available.
How do you value my car?
We look at the age, mileage, condition and history, then compare it with similar cars. You get a fair offer in writing, usually the same day.
Can I part-exchange and buy in one go?
Yes. We agree the value of your car first, then use it as part of your deposit.
How quickly will I be paid?
Once you have accepted our offer and handed over the car and paperwork, we pay you within 24 hours.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Tell us how much you would like to put down and for how long, and we will show you the options. Finance is subject to status.
Is the figure on your calculator a quote?
No. It is a guide to help you plan. We confirm the real figure in writing once we know your circumstances.
Can I use my current car as the deposit?
Yes. We value your car first, then put that amount towards the new one.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver across the UK in a covered, insured transporter, and can arrange the handover at your home.
Is there a warranty?
Every car comes with 12 months of warranty as standard. We explain exactly what it covers when you buy.
Can you look after the car once I own it?
We can book servicing with a trusted local workshop and remind you when it is due.
