Do I need to be home?
No. Lots of customers leave a key or a door code, and we lock up when we are done.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring everything. If you prefer your own products, just tell us.
Are your cleaners checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is vetted and trained before their first clean, and we are fully insured.
What if I am not happy?
Tell us within 2 days and we will come back and put it right, free of charge.
Can I have the same cleaner each time?
Yes, wherever we can. Regular customers keep the same person.
How do I pay?
After the clean, by card or bank transfer. No deposit needed.
