Keep it sharp at home

Four small habits from the shop shelf that make a cut last longer.

  • PomadeWarm a pea-sized amount in your palms, then work it through dry hair.
  • Beard oilA few drops each morning keep the skin under your beard happy.
  • Shaving brushLather with a brush before you shave. It lifts the hair and softens the skin.
  • A good combComb your beard downwards after washing, and again once it is dry.

Questions, answered

Open a drawer for the answer. If yours is not in here, just ask.

Do I need to book?

No. Walk-ins are always welcome, but booking guarantees your time, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.

How long does a cut take?

A haircut takes about 30 minutes. A cut and beard trim is closer to 50, and a hot towel shave takes about 35.

Do you cut children's hair?

Yes. Kids under 12 are welcome, and our barbers are patient with nervous first-timers.

Can I ask for a certain barber?

Of course. Pick a chair when you book, or ask for whoever has the next free slot.

What if I need to cancel?

Just let us know a few hours before, by phone or email, and we will free up the chair for someone else.

Do you take card payments?

Yes, we take cards and cash. Tips are always appreciated, never expected.
